Probably our most unique property listings so far. Fantastic executive home with lake views of Loch Erin (Onsted). This home is one of three that shares a private landing strip for your airplane. 30x60 heated hangar also included. This sweet home can't get any cooler!!!

Not all homes are fast and easy sales. Homes with lots of land and several outbuildings don't appeal to a large number of potential buyers. That doesn't mean they don't have value for all the pieces of the puzzle. To get the most out of 12431 Sanford, Workhorse Realty suggested splitting of 10 acres from the 15 acre parent parcel to bring the home and out buildings price under $370,000. It did work out great and we closed both properties at a whopping $419,900, exactly what the sellers were dreaming of. This was a great sale for all parties involved.

Get Creative

Tyler Kimbrell has started a non-profit called Evergreen Adventures LLC. To get off the ground he was in need of funding. Workhorse Realty challenged Tyler to get active and help clean-up his community to raise some money. Tyler over-achieved with his family and brought in 22 huge lawn bags of trash from his community clean-up. We appreciate Tyler's work ethic and wrote him a check for $350 to help get his non-profit started. Good job Tyler!!

This was a cool ranch in a good Milan neighborhood. We found a perfect buyer and the rest is history. It was for sale for longer than most homes, but we did our best to find that perfect buyer. Anyone driving on N Platt Road in Milan knows this 9.25 acre parcel. It is truly beautiful and has this awesome pond near the road frontage. This property just sold for $195,000. We represented a great family selling it, and represented a great family buying it also. Can't wait to see the home that the new owners are planning for this awesome building site. I bet it will be stunning!

My Favorite Piece of Land

Out walking a new 18 acre parcel coming available soon, and I found this. Needless to say the wildlife is plentiful on this land, yet only 1/2 acre from the city limits of Milan.

Our Client Bill took a new job in Iowa and needed Workhorse Realty to get him top dollar for his home. Very cool home with a scenic view of the Saline River. We closed the deal at $295,000 and Bill was on his way with a nice profit. Good luck Bill!
