Our owner Ed Kolar was invited in to talk to Lucy Ann Lance Show yesterday. The conversation focused on how renovating homes has helped increase the values in Milan and what he considers the projects that need the biggest focus to be successful. Ed had started Workhorse Renovation and Workhorse Realty because of his desire to make Milan a better place, taking homes that are a blight on the city and making them beautiful and drastically increasing their worth. He is definitely Working Hard for Higher Values.
It is obvious that Ed is passionate about Milan, our home values, and our city's events and people.
